High Admiral in charge of the United Systems Naval Fleet. A sturdy man of similar age to the High General, with a completely bald head, stern face, thin framed round glasses, and a voice like a seasoned principal of a high school in a bad neighborhood.

A young audit clerk with a full body prosthesis. Like other neuroplegics who have lost their entire bodies, her brain is cared for in a special neuro-ward as she goes about her life in a prosthetic androne body operated by remote.

A neuroscientist colleague of Dr Marcus that worked on the Starfyre Programme, taking over the SI development for the Hellfyre after Dr Marcus left following the failure of the Angelfyre project.
